Play apparatus and playground equipment

Tromsø kommune (Tromsø municipality)

Tromsø municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of play apparatus and playground equipment. The contract period is 2 years with option for up to 2 years prolongation.
The tender contest includes the delivery of Play apparatus and equipment to a neighbourhood facility (outdoor areas to schools, nursery schools and playgrounds). The annual estimated value is approx. 800 000 NOK.
As a starting point, Tromsø municipality wishes to enter into an agreement with 1 supplier. It may be necessary to split the delivery between several suppliers if this is deemed most financially advantageous to Tromsø municipality.
This is subject to volume which may vary in relation to the budget and the development of nursery schools.
The contract will apply to all of the municipality's units/service locations. The municipality is to be considered as a customer, but with several delivery and invoice addresses.
Municipal limited companies, businesses, arts building, the arts centre and municipal foundations can use the contract if needed. This also applies to playgrounds where the municipality subsidies procurement of playground equipment.
