1. The tenderer must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation requirement:

Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country, that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of tax and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which verifies that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

— The date of the assignment;
— Short description of the delivery, including delivery of product and service.
2. The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to delivery servicing.
Give a description of the supplier's service organisation for the offered instrument. The capacity shall be described with the number of available service technicians with relevant experience.
