Øvre Romerike Innkjøpssamarbeid invite tenderers to a tender contest for the provision of ‘pharmaceutical inspection and training’ for Eidsvoll, Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad, Nes municipalities. Other organisations that are operated or owned by the municipalities can also join the contract if needed.
The start of the contract for the municipalities will be as follows:
Eidsvoll: 1.1.2016.
Gjerdrum: 1.4.2015.
Hurdal: 1.1.2016.
Nannestad: 1.4.2015.
Nes: 1.4.2015.
Ullensaker municipality has a permanently employed pharmasist who will cover the municipality's needs. Ullensaker has, nevertheless, the option to join the contract if needed or to use the contract prices in individual cases when necessary.
The general aim of the pharmaceutical inspection is to contribute to the municipalities complying with the regulations for handling medicines, having good internal routines and ensuring these are followed and are of good quality. The main assignment is for inspection, consultancy services and training as well as reviewing internal routines/procedures for handling medicines.
The pharmaceutical inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the ‘Regulations on handling medicines for entities and health personnel who provide health help’, from 3.4.2008.
Historically these type of services have been procured for just under NOK 500 000 excluding VAT per year. The volume will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation, activities and other influences, and the historical purchase volumes should therefore only be used as a guide.
The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations, and that the delivery is otherwise in accordance with the order from the user. The tenderer is responsible for their sub suppliers' services in the same way that they are for their own services.
