Larvik kommune (LK) wants a new framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of pellets. All necessary tender papers for implementing of this open tender contest can be found on Doffin.
LK currently has ten bio-energy centres at different properties in Larvik kommune. All have pellets as a fuel source.
Pellets container has a size of 19 tonnes. Normally, ordering occurs when there remains 2-4 tonnes in the container.
Up until now we have received delivered pellets on semi-trailers and car trailers with a load size of approx. 32 tonnes. This is for delivery of 2 containers per location.
Semi trailers can be used on most of the sites, but we are dependent on car trailers for three of the locations due to space requirements.
