In total each pavilion shall be a minimum of 70 m², with room for 28 pupils, a teacher and assistant. There could be a need for a further 2 pavilions before the start of the school year in 2016.The pavilions must be ready for use 1.8.2015. The contract is for 3 years with an option to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 year. There is an option to purchase the pavilions after 3 and 5 years, and for sun screening for the classrooms.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Ski municipality would like to have an option for rent a further 2 pavilions/classrooms from July 2016. It shall be possible to assemble them on top of the existing classrooms, and they are to be delivered with the same standard and facilities.
There shall be an option to purchase all 4 pavilions after 3 and 5 years respectively, and for sun screening for the classrooms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. The supplier must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
Tax certificates not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tax certificates are defined as:
For Norwegian contractors:
— Certificate for tax and VAT (RF-1244) issued by the Tax Office (joint certificate - new scheme that came into being 1.10.2014).
For foreign suppliers:
— Foreign suppliers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have their tax and duty payments in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the supplier's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

2. Suppliers shall fulfil Norwegian HSE requirements for work that is carried out in Norway.
— Filled in and signed HSE self-declaration in accordance with PPR Annex 2.
The supplier must have good conduct.
The supplier will by way of declaration confirm that the requirements in appendix B are fulfilled.

4. The supplier shall be a legally established company.

— Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers:
— Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
* The supplier must have adequate execution capabilities.
Documentation requirement:
A short, overall description of the company shall be given, including:
— Description of how the tenderer is organised for the implementation of this contract.
The supplier may choose to rely on other companies' capacity to meet the technical and professional qualification requirements.
The supplier must, in such an event, document the resources of the companies on which he will rely and prove that he will have the requisite resources from these companies at his disposal during the contract period, for example by presenting a commitment statement, guarantee, co-operation agreement or similar.

This applies regardless of the legal nature of the connection between the companies, i.e. that the supporting companies can either be the contractor's parent company, another company in the same group, a co-operation partner etc.
6. The supplier shall have good experience from similar contracts.
A list with a minimum of 3 similar contracts in the last three years must be presented. The list shall as a minimum contain:
— A brief description of the contracts (minimum 3).
— Date of execution.
— Scope of delivery in monetary amount.
— Name, and telephone number of the reference person at the contracting authority.
The Contracting Authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
