We have our head office in Oslo and regional offices in Porsgrunn, Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property has 880 employees: 520 at the head office in Oslo and 460 connected with the 5 regional offices.The Strategy and Development Department (U) has a general responsibility for land planning according to the Planning and Building Act, concept evaluation (KVU) and early phase assessments in new construction and development projects and in the development of the state's available properties. The department also works with The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's internal and external projects connected to research and development work, trend analysis in the construction and property industry and customer and market work.The major user of the parallel framework agreements will be the planning division in The Strategy and Development Department.

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company and sufficient capacity.

Overview of the company's relevant manpower (number of employees) that carry out assignments within relevant service categories.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient and financial implementation ability.
Credit rating from an approved credit rating agency, including the entire report with 3 years' financial statements and auditors reports. Not older than 6 months.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
A description shall be provided, of approx. 1 A4 page per project, for up to 3 reference projects for the company with a transferable value, with information on i.a.
— the name of the project;
— contracting authority;
— size and contract value of the assignment excluding VAT;
— the company's assignments/role in the assignment;
— date of execution.
