P-72717 Construction works for buildings — Commercial areas
K-72717 includes works that future tenants wish that the T2 project shall execute. The rental area is in principle an empty ‘box’ that the tenant shall further develop in order to meet own requirements in relation to surfaces, furnishing and technical installations. These works shall then be ordered by K-72717.
The works will mainly include the following:
— Camp and operation responsibility (building walls, waste management, provisional fire protection measures etc.) for own and others works.
— Demolition of the existing buildings (internal walls, ceiling, floor).
— Simple steel works.
— Internal walls.
— Painting, flooring/parquet floors, pitching, repairs of the existing cover stone surface.
— Metal and glass works.
— Fire protection.
— Auxiliary works in relation to technical contracts.
— Doors/fittings.
— Provisional measures in maintaining the terminal in operation, protect the existing facility.
A large amount of works shall be executed in a relatively short period, at an airport in full operation. This involves stringent demands on implementation and control, as well as challenges in relation to logistics and camp site operations.
