Trosterud:

The asphalt in the school grounds is uneven and worn, and in need of levelling which means that it collects water in some places.

Please describe how this can be improved and costs calculated as an option.

Currently there are problems with water along 1 of the buildings, suggestions as to how to fix the problem are requested, price as an option.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The supplier must be a legally established company.

A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the contractor is established.

Tax and VAT certificate(s) must be provided with the tender, showing: tax, advanced payments, garnishments, employers' national insurance contributions and VAT.

Service providers with business addresses in other EEA countries must submit equivalent certificate(s).

The certificates must not be older than six months, from the day the certificates are available for the contracting authority. The provisions regarding tax certificates shall apply as well to all underlying subcontractor relationships.

All tenderers shall present an HSE self-declaration with the tender. The declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form, see attachment 1.

The service provider is obliged to require a similar declaration in all underlying sub-supplier relationships. The HSE self-declaration must not be more than 6 months old.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit evaluation report must be supplied and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation if necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview of assignments executed during the past 3 years. The overview shall state the works' value as well as the date and place of execution. References should be given and the Contracting Authority given authority to contact them.

— Information about education and professional qualifications at the service provider and the company's administrative management (competence matrix), as well as testimonies and certificates for education and professional practice for the person(s) responsible for the implementation of the contract.

— A statement of the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last 3 years (can be the same document as the expertise matrix).

— Overview of the company's quality system.
