The assignment comprises operations and maintenance assignments connected with road lighting installations, with function responsibility for some of the assignments on national roads, national foot and cycle paths, county roads and county foot and cycle paths with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Vest Agder County in accordance with the object lists given in Chapter D2-V and D2-S20. The geographical area covered by the contract is indicated in Chapter D2-S01. The work will be settled by round sum for round sum processes, in accordance with amounts and unit prices for other processes such as day work in accordance with the hourly rates for crew and machines.
The assignment includes i.a. inspection, function testing and internal control as well as periodical works, repair of damage and replacement/installation of objects. The assignment also includes registration, planning of the work, contingency, documentation, reporting to the builder and handling of other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of electrical installations on the road network.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— An HSE self-declaration shall be enclosed with the tender offer.
— The tenderer shall provide information about the H1 value for the last 3 years. The average H1 value for the last 3 years should be lower than 15. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.
— Tax and VAT certificates shall be enclosed the tender.
— If the tenderer is a working partnership (a supplier group), a declaration of joint and several liability to the Builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender. Furthermore, a statement should be given for the business form and the composition of the working partnership, including the participants' organisation numbers.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— It is a requirement that the tenderer's equity is positive. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant. Documentation of equity is to be provided with the tender.
— The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate. Documentation of turnover for the last 3 years should accompany the offer.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. The tenderer shall provide information about reference projects.
— It is required that the tenderer can show relevant contracts that have been carried out in a satisfactory manner. The tenderer must give the name of a reference person within the stated reference projects.
— Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Expertise and experience must be documented.
