Statens vegvesen Region sør (The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Southern Region)

The assignment includes operation and maintenance assignments related to electrical installations. The contract includes function responsibilities for some of the assignments on national roads, including foot/bicycle paths and on county roads including foot/bicycle paths with accompanying subplants, side areas, equipment and installations in Vestfold County and in accordance with list of objects given in Chapter D2-V and D2-S20. The geographical area that the contract covers is shown on the map in Chapter D2-S01.
The work will be settled by round sum for round sum processes, in accordance with quantities and unit prices for other processes such as day work in accordance with the hourly rates for crew and machines.
The assignment includes i.a. inspections, function tests and internal controls, as well as periodical works, repairs of damages and replacement/installation of objects. The assignment also includes registration, operating plans, stand by, documentation, reports to the builder and management of other assignments necessary for operating and maintaining electrical installations on the road network.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax and VAT certificate;
— HSE self-declaration;
— The tenderer shall provide information of the H1 value for the previous 3 years. The average H1 value for the last 3 years should be lower than 15. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant;
— If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— It is a requirement that the tenderer's equity is positive. If the tenderer is a working partnership (supplier consortium), the requirements apply for each of the participants. Documentation of equity is to be submitted the tender.
— The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate. Documentation of turnover for the last 3 years should be submitted the tender.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. Information on such shall be attached with the tender.
— NPRA and other builders' experiences with the contractor will be evaluated. The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
— Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Expertise and experience must be documented.
