Statens vegvesen Region sør (The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Region South)

The contract is for operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on national roads, national foot and cycle paths, county roads and county foot and cycle paths with the accompanying side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Skien, Siljan, Drangedal, Nome and parts of Sauherad and Bø municipalities, in accordance with the road list stated in chapter D2-V and D2-S20.
The work will be settled by round sum for round sum processes, in accordance with amounts and unit prices for other processes such as daywork in accordance with the hourly rates for crew and machines.
The assignment mainly consists of routine operational assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also consists of inspecting and registering, planning the activity, stand-by for winter operations and general traffic flow, documentation, reporting to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road network.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months.
— HSE self-declaration.
If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.
The tenderer shall provide information of the H1 value for the previous three years. The average H1-value for the last three years should be lower than 15. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.

Tenderers are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant. Documentation of equity is to be provided with the tender.
The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate. Documentation of turnover for the last three years should accompany the offer.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. The tenderer shall provide information about reference projects.
— It is required that the tenderer can show relevant contracts that have been carried out in a satisfactory manner. The tenderer must give the name of a reference person within the contracting authority.
— Technical and professional competence and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Expertise and experience must be documented.
