Statens vegvesen Region sør (The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Southern Region)

The assignment includes operation and maintenance assignments related to electrical installations. The contract includes function responsibilities for some of the assignments on national roads, including foot/bicycle paths and on county roads, including foot/bicycle paths with accompanying sub-plants, side areas, equipment and installations in Vestfold County and in accordance with list of objects given in chapter D2-V and D2-S20. The geographical area covered by the contract is indicated in chapter D2-S01.
The work will be settled by round sum for round sum processes, in accordance with amounts and unit prices for other processes such as day-work in accordance with the hourly rates for crew and machines.
The assignment includes i.a. inspection, function testing and internal control as well as periodical works, repair of damage and replacement/installation of objects. The assignment also includes registration, planning of the work, contingency, documentation, reporting to the builder and handling of other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of electrical installations on the road network.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax certificate for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months.

— If the tenderer is a working partnership, a declaration of joint and several liability to the builder and third parties must be enclosed with the tender.

— Tenderers shall have a system and routines that ensure that the HSE work is operated in a systematic manner in accordance with the internal control regulations. Information on systems and routines shall be enclosed with the tender.

— Tenderers shall provide information on the H1 value for the last three years. The average H1 value in the last three years ought to be lower than 15. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.

It is a requirement that the tenderer's equity is positive. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant. Documentation of equity is to be provided with the tender.

— The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate. Documentation of turnover for the last three years should accompany the offer,

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty. The tenderer shall provide information about reference projects.

— It is required that the tenderer can show relevant contracts that have been carried out in a satisfactory manner. The tenderer must give the name of a reference person within the stated reference projects.

— Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Expertise and experience must be documented.

— The organisation of the implementation of the contract requires sufficient manpower and that the tenderer has sufficient capacity and ability to manage unexpected contractual conditions. A statement of how the tenderer will organise the implementation of the contract shall be enclosed with the tender.
