A contract shall be signed for the continuation of www.regjeringen.no, www.norway.info, www.nettsteder.regjeringen.no and associated services. Details on the operation are in chapter 2 of the qualification documentation.The service shall consist of operational and test operational services with defined requirements for running time, backup and security systems and extensibility. The procurement shall cover the need in the contract period for a secure and stable publication/updating system and public service for the government, SMK, the Ministries and DSS.The services shall be set up for transferring data, a functional test, performance test and security test before commissioning/setting the systems into production. This shall also include a test of a crisis system and associated services.Consultancy services connected to the service, ordered per hour or assignment, could also be required.The contract will be for 3 years with an option for up to a 2 year extension (1+1 year). The contract shall be flexible as regards the number of services that shall be run at any one time. Services and systems can be both terminated and established in the contract period.There will be options for several services connected to www.regjeringen.no and for services that cover future needs independent of www.regjeringen.no. This can, for example, be new websites that are developed, changes to the websites' technical platform or closure of a website.
