Forsvarsbygg Nasjonale festningsverk (The NDEA National Fortification Heritage) co Kristiansten festning in Trondheim, shall enter into a comprehensive contract for care, including
— Regular care and maintenance of roads and spaces as well as green areas, limited to assignment that naturally are part of the daily operation.
— Periodical care of further specified nature areas.
— Regular and periodical cleaning, clean-up and waste collection of the outdoor areas.
Experience
A joint sight inspection will be held for interested parties. Date for inspection is: 18.3.2015, 9:00.

Start of the agreement will be immediately after signing of the contract. The agreement period is up until the 1.4.2016 with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the agreement with up to 1 year at a time, 1+1+1 years. i.e. the absolute last date for the agreement is the 31.3.2019.
