SYE currently has nursing homes that are undergoing rehabilitation/modernisation/construction. Furthermore, decisions about nursing projects, which SYE shall be responsible for, involve rehabilitation/modernisation and construction of nursing homes. The framework agreement will apply to all nursing homes that are part of SYE, as well as some of Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF's buildings.
Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF (OBY) is a municipal company, that is one of the country's largest property managers, with more than 900,000 square metres in their portfolio, which consist of nursery schools, nursing homes, fire stations, museums, substance abuse treatment residences and other municipal purposed properties. SYE is the Contracting Authority and shall follow up the framework agreement, but the framework agreement shall be open for call-offs also from OBY.
The procurement concerns roughly 650 concurrent subscriptions of IP-TV (350 for SYE and 300 for OBY).

Requirement:

— The tenderer shall orderly conditions in relation to tax and VAT payments

— The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

— Tax Certificate for tax and VAT respectively, not more than 6 months old. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office.

Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Requirement:

— The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

— Credit worthy

Documentation requirement:

— The company's last 3 Financial Statements including notes, managements Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

— Good implementation ability is required.

— The tenderer is required to have relevant experience from equivalent assignments.

Documentation requirement:

— Summary of the company's total manpower and any sub-contractors.

— Manpower for this assignment (organisation chart) with names and CVs for the key personnel involved in the assignment.

— The company's most important deliveries (no older than 3 years), including their value, dates, recipients/contracting authorities. References must be given, and the contracting authority given authority to collect references. When a reference person is contacted, it will be written in the minutes.
