Infusion and transfusion consumable products what are not pump dedicated. The Contract will be for staggered deliveries to all the hospitals in Helse Midt-Norge RHF. The annual volume is approximately 10 000 000 NOK per annum excluding VAT. The Contract Period is 2 years with an option for an extension for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment and the product area is therefore divided into 16 Lots, which will all be evaluated and chosen separately. The concrete Lots are described in the tender documentation with information on the assortment and consumption per annum. Health and environmental requirements as well as ethical trade requirements are a central part of the competition.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
KK 01: Tax and VAT Certificate.
Tenderers are required to have paid their tax and VAT.
Documentation Requirement:
— A certificate issued by a competent Authority confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his tax, payroll tax and VAT obligations.
(In Norway: New joint certificate from the Norwegian Tax Administration from 14.10.2014).
The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears must be explained/justified. Foreign tenderers must submit the corresponding confirmation that government taxes and fees have been paid in the country where the tenderer has its place of business.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the Contract in the Contract Period.
Documentation requirement (a):
1. Companies with economic activity that have to submit their accounts,
2. The revised annual accounts with notes, the Board's annual report and the Auditor's report for the last 2 years,
3. Any recent information that is significant for the assessment can be enclosed.
Documentation requirement (b):
Companies with an accounting obligation, SUS and companies without economic activity shall enclose an account that substantiates sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the Contract. The account shall include budgets.
