Bærum Municipality shall renovate Old Stabekk School. The school comprises 3 buildings: buildings 1, 2 and 3. The buildings are from the period 1906-1925 and the addition on building 3 is from around 1976. Exteriorly the buildings have a preservation status and are in the zoning plan registered as a special area. The gross areas of the buildings are approx. 4 150 m² and the net total areas are: Building 1 = 940 m², Building 2 = 920 m², Building 3 = 1 260 m². The buildings have basements as well as first second and third floors. This contract includes a total renovation of the buildings, the development of outdoor areas in accordance with the outdoor plan, as well as new technical rooms.

Requirement: The company shall be legally registered.
Documentation: Company Registration Certificate.
Requirement: The company's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and charges.
Documentation: Tax certificate, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Requirement: The company shall have a credit rating that at least is equivalent to good creditworthiness, and otherwise have sufficient finances to implement the assignment.
Documentation: The company's annual accounts or extracts thereof as well as a credit appraisal implemented by a company with permission to conduct credit appraisals.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have good experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments are in this context defined as assignments of corresponding complexity, size and nature (disciplines). At least one of the assignments shall include renovation of brick wall facades worthy of preservation.
