Office furniture, school furniture and institution furniture — framework agreement

Tromsø kommune (Tromsø municipality)

Tromsø municipality shall enter into new framework agreements for the delivery of furniture in the following product groups:
— Group 1. Office furniture (including counters, conference and canteen furniture, archive cupboards, racks, shelves and cloakroom cupboards);
— Group 2. School furniture;
— Group 3. Institution furniture (except beds, bedside tables, bed equipment, mattresses etc., which we have separate contracts for).
A framework agreement will be signed with 2-3 tenderers in each group, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.
The award of individual assignments will be made by call-offs to the chosen supplier for the group in question, or by mini-competitions in accordance with the terms stated in the tender documentation.

Information of the tenderer: Annex 1 shall be completed and attached to the tender. The tenderer is asked to provide information on their organisation and turnover in an extent that gives Tromsø kommune an accurate picture of the company.
Certificate of registration in the trade register as stipulated in the legislation in the country where the supplier is established, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre (company registration certificate), as well as any set classification for the register where available.
