Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) (The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation)

Up until 31.12.1991 NRK was a member of the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund. Since 1.1.1992 the company have had a private defined benefit-based pension scheme in DNB Livsforsikring ASA. From 1.1.2016 a defined contribution-based pension scheme with associated risk coverage shall be implemented.
NRK wishes, with this tender notice, to engage a pension broker who shall:
Provide assistance in connection with the tender process concerning selection of a provider of the altered collective occupational pension schemes. This includes preparation of the requirement specification to the tender, evaluation of the received tenders, preparation of the decision basis, as well as assistance in the negotiations with the qualified providers
Provide assistance in connection with implementation/transmission from a defined benefit scheme to a defined contribution scheme, including accompanying risk coverages.
Provide assistance in connection with mapping and consulting NRK's at all time prevailing requirements for pension services and accompanying risk coverages.
Provide ongoing consultancy in connection with pension services to NRK and the Liaison group for pension.
Independent guidance to the NRK's employees
Annual evaluations and potential re-negotiations regarding the existing terms of the collective occupational pension schemes
Assistance to NRK and the Liaison group for pension, including preparation of general and individual information (paper copies, intranet, web-solution, etc.)
Updating of members.
Options:
Assistance related to the defined benefit scheme
Assistance regarding negotiations about, and follow-up of, a savings scheme with reflection of investment choices in the defined contribution scheme (for saving of compensation payment)
Assistance in relation to occupational pensions (i.a. in connection with special age limits)
