NRK-EA3001/15E Framework agreement for the maintenance of lifts in Oslo

Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) (The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation)

NRK would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 service provider for ‘EA3001/15 — Framework agreement for the maintenance of lifts’.
The framework agreements will apply for NRK's properties in Oslo, mainly at Marienlyst.
NRK has the operational responsibility for a total of 29 lifts/lift installations in the above mentioned properties. A complete technical overview is in Annex C2.
The actual installations are of varying age and type, with the accompanying different maintenance requirements. The service provider will be expected to read the entire tender documentation including the description of the installations in the documents in Part C and Annexes.
NRK has put aside resources to replace some lifts at Marienlyst. The installations and maintenance of the new lifts will not be included in this framework agreement and will be announced as separate competitions. Tenderers must, thus, allow for the number of installations being reduced during the contract period.
Security clearance can be required for individual projects.
The orderer/contact person will be from the section ‘Property, Operations and Project’ at Marienlyst for all assignments.
The framework agreement's length will be 1 year, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1 + 2 years.
The value of the maintenance contract for lifts is estimated to approx. 500 000 NOK-800 000 NOK per annum. The amount is exclusively based on historical figures and is thus not binding for NRK. Attention is drawn to the fact that the framework agreements are based on deliveries in accordance with NRK's needs and that the extent will therefore depend on the annual grants and what decisions are made as regards priorities and the progress of various projects.
