Nedre Romerike Innkjøpssamarbeid (NRI)

The framework agreement is for vehicle administration and the accompanying services. These services consist of the service provider handling all administrative and operational services involved in modern vehicle ownership. It is a prerequisite that the service provider's underlying contracts with the accompanying discounts for managing vehicle ownership are used, including contracts for fuel, oil products, tyre rubber etc.
Tenderers must be able to offer a wide selection of vehicles and makes in different varieties.
Attention is drawn to the fact that there is operational leasing.
As this tender does not evaluate the actual vehicles that shall be leased, but only the actual administration service, it is important to emphasise that we calculate the remaining value of the leasing object after the leasing period of five years has expired, based on a mileage of 20 000 km, at minimum 50 % of the new price.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax/VAT certificate — Tenderers are required to present a tax and VAT certificate. Any arrears must be justified. Documentation: Tax and payroll tax certificate from the chief municipal treasurer (Form RF-1244 ought to be used). The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Solidity — Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the assignment.
Documentation:
— The supplier must as a minimum achieve the credit score A; ‘worthy of credit’;
— Presentation of credit rating not older than 1 year.
The rating must be issued by a certified credit rating institution such as a banks and credit rating companies. Alternatively, verification from the auditor that the tenderer is not subject to ongoing negotiations regarding debt with creditors or bankruptcy as well as payment remarks. Document this by a letter with the auditor's signature and stamp.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience — Good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
Documentation — The company's three most important public deliveries in the previous 3 years. Include information on the value, date and name of the recipient with contact information. (Participating municipalities cannot be used as a reference.).
