Self-declaration: — The tenderer shall present a HSE self-declaration. Documentation requirement: HSE declaration in accordance with the pubilc procurement regulations §§ 8-8 and 17-15. A suitable form is attached. Print it out, sign and scan it and enclose it with the tender before submission. Alternatively other HSE self-declarations can be accepted. The self-declarations shall be enclosed with the tender.

Tax certificate — The tenderer is required to enclose a tax certificate verifying payment of taxes. A justification must be given for any arrears — Documentation: certificate for paid taxes and payroll tax from the chief municipal treasurer (Form RF-1244 ought to be used). The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Solidity — Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the assignment. Documentation: — The tenderer must as a minimum achieve a credit score of “credit worthy” — Presentation of a credit appraisal, minimum good solidity and not older than one year. — The rating must be issued by a credit rating institution, for example, banks and credit rating companies. — Alternatively, verification from the auditor that the tenderer is not subject to ongoing negotiations regarding debt with creditors or bankruptcy as well as payment remarks. Document this by letter with the Auditor's signature and stamp.

References - Good ability to fulfil the contract and experience is required from equivalent assignments. - Documentation: - The company's principal deliveries in the last three years. — Including information about the value, date and name of the recipient with contact information for any reference collection.

Quality assurance system: A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided. Documentation: -An account of the company's quality assurance system/control system.
Certification - Tenderers are required to fulfil the requirements for local or central certification for the right to be responsible. - Tenderers are to document that the company has qualifications equivalent to those required for local or central certification for responsible executor and designer and persons who are certified.
