Ringerike municipality invite tenderers to a negotiated procedure in 2 stages for the expansion of Monserud Treatment Facility. The pre-qualification is the first stage of the competition for the delivery and assembly of contract M3 — Process equipment.
Ringerike municipality shall expand Monserud Treatment Facility with a new treatment facility in addition to the existing one. The facilities shall be run in parallel. The capacity of the existing treatment facility is for 24 000 pe. in total. Approx. 23 000 pe. are currently connected. The new facility shall be built in 2 stages. This contract is for process equipment for the first construction stage, which shall be built in order to receive sewage water from 24 000 pe.

The tenderer and any sub suppliers for work in the project for more than 100 000 NOK shall submit the following documentation:…
… Company registration certificate. Norwegian companies. Company registration certificate. Foreign companies: Documentation that the company is registered in a trade index or company register as described in the legislation for the country where the supplier is established.
… Tax/VAT certificate. Tenderers shall have paid their tax and VAT. If a tenderer's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given under oath or affirmation by the relevant person to a legal or administrative authority, a notarius publicus or other competent authority in the home country or current country of residence. The certificates shall not be older than 6 months, when calculated from the tender deadline.
The tenderer and sub supplier(s) shall submit a self-declaration confirming that they fulfil the wage and working conditions, cf. the rules in the regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts, dated 8.2.2008 no. 112.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial strength in relation to the company in general, and in relation to the nature and size of this procurement. Documentation — proof that the requirement is fulfilled:
— The annual accounts for the tenderer including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement.
— Copy of a credit rating for the tenderer carried out by a recognised Norwegian or international credit rating company.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer and the above-mentioned sub suppliers are required to have experience from similar contracts. Documentation — proof that the requirement is fulfilled:
— Minimum 2 references from the tenderer and each sub supplier for the last 5 years, i.e. the most important contracts in the last 5 years including their value, date of execution and the contracting authority. A telephone number and e-mail address to the actual contracting authority shall be provided for each reference.

Ringerike municipality has held a competition for contract M3 Process Equipment for the expansion of Monserud Treatment Facility.
The contract has been awarded to Aquagain-Folding Smed AS, Denmark.
A new treatment facility shall be constructed for the expansion of Monserud Treatment Facility that shall work parallel to the existing facility. The new facility is dimensioned for 24 000 pe. and prepared for a further expansion to 36 000 pe.
Some of the equipment shall, thus. be delivered for 36 000 pe. in this delivery. The capacities are given in Amounts Description (H1).
The new facility shall include preliminary treatment with sand and a grease trap, primary sedimentation, biological process, secondary sedimentation with added chemicals, sludge treatment, thermophilic decomposition and gas treatment. In addition the existing facility shall be expanded with a biological process (separate contract). Screw pumps in bio. in the existing facility are included in this contract.
