Flytoget AS would like to procure a mobile and internet payment system, with maintenance services. Flytoget AS would like to use new and modern technology in order to improve and expand our current customer offer.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax and VAT certificates. Requirement: Tenderers must have delivered their tax assignments and paid their taxes, employer contributions and VAT. Documented by: A certificate for tax, employer's contributions and VAT. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old calculated from the deadline for submission of the application. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-providers, tax certificates must also be provided for them.

HSE self-declaration — Requirement: The tenderer shall vouch that the company operates systematically to fulfil the requirements of health, environment and safety legislation and that they satisfy internal regulations. The tenderer must also confirm that the company is legally organised in relation to applicable tax and working environment regulations for employees' professional and social rights, and shall accept that the contracting authority has the right to review and verify the company's system for safeguarding of health, environment and safety. Documented by: A signed HSE self-declaration.

Wage and work terms: The service provider must enclose a certificate that confirms compliance with the ILO conventions. Documented by signing and enclosing the self-declaration attached to this competition, ‘Self-Declaration Flytoget Social Responsibility’.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Service providers shall have good credit worthiness with a minimum credit worthiness of NOK 1 000 000. Service providers must document this by enclosing a credit report from a certified credit rating company such as Bisnode or an equivalent company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall confirm that full responsibility is taken for compliance with PCI-DSS limited to all components that process or store card data, as well as methods for system development.
