A leasing agreement for licences from Microsoft for the departments without right to school licences.At present, Askøy municipality has 2 agreements, 1 is licensed per user and the other is licensed per device. In order to determine the number of licences for each user, Askøy municipality has gone through the list of employees for the involved departments and added up these employees. For department where there are many more employees than devices, Askøy municipality has added up the number of registered used devices for these departments. Askøy municipality also use mobile devices in home-based services and for Politicians after the election. These units shall use the server CAL.
