NYT Norge: Is a label of origin for Norwegian food based on Norwegian raw goods, production in Norway and with Quality System in the agriculture as a basic requirement. The labelling scheme is owned by Matmerk
The Speciality Label: A label scheme for Norwegian products with special quality characteristics. The labelling scheme is owned by Matmerk.
Protected terms: An official labelling scheme which protects tradition rich products with documented origin and distinctive stamp from a determined geographical area.

Suppliers who have delivered enquiries that do not meet the qualification requirements, may be rejected. By the qualification requirements points 1, 8 and 9: This is an absolute requirement where failure to meet the qualification requirements leads to rejection of the enquiry.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax and VAT certificate as well as HSE self-declaration must submitted.
Company Registration Certificate shall be delivered together with the enquiry. Foreign suppliers must document that the company is registered in a trade register or business register as prescribed in legislation in the country where the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Revised accounts for 2014 shall be attached.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. As all communication will be in Norwegian, Norwegian language competence must be documented.
2. A brief account of the company's competence in Norwegian food production and the competitive situation in the Norwegian market.
3. Please inform of any work experience with food and beverage and competence on work with label schemes for food.
4. Describe expertise within and experience with any relevant communication channels directed toward consumers and the industry (B2B).
5. Give a brief description of how the organising of the work with the 3 labelling schemes will be, work processes and how the contact with Matmerk will be handled.
6. Attach documentation on 3 relevant assignments with information about when the assignment was executed and references. Reasoning for how the attached assignments are of relevance for this assignment should be given.
