The Speciality Label: A label scheme for Norwegian products with special quality characteristics. The labelling scheme is owned by Matmerk.
Protected terms: An official labelling scheme which protects tradition rich products with documented origin and distinctive stamp from a determined geographical area.

The financial scope varies somewhat from year to year, depending on need for the activity, as well as the annual financial limits given to Matmerk.
