Maintenance of NCTS-applications

The assignment is for responsibility for error correction/maintenance and further development of NCTS-applications — the Customs Electronic Transit System. The applications, which are also called CDTA/NO are developed for the EU commission and they are used by 15 countries that are members of the Transit Convention. The main function for the applications is the exchange of EDI-messages customs to customs and between customs and businesses. The applications use the EDIFACT-standard, are developed in C - C++ and use Tuxedo transaction system.
The system is based on AIX 7 and Oracle 11.

(1) The company's most recent annual report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

(2) Submission of the company's annual financial statement or extracts thereof.

(3) Statement of the company's turnover for the last 3 years, with relevance to this contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total workforce.

(2) The company's most important relevant deliveries over the last 3 years, including their value, time frame, and recipients.

(3) Statement regarding the company's health, environment and safety policy.

(4) Statement regarding the company's quality assurance system/quality management system.

(5) A copy of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.

(6) Other: Considerable experience is required from equivalent assignments. Tenderers must provide a description of (a minimum of 3) equivalent assignments carried out in the last 3 years, in which it is apparent that the tenderer has carried out projects that are comparable as regards functionality, size and complexity.

These projects must fulfil the following requirements:

— They are based on an OLTP-application in which the used transaction processing based on the use of middle-ware and storage in a database.

— Tenderers have carried out maintenance and further development of these applications.

— At least 1 of the projects must have a transaction volume of a minimum of 1 000 000 per annum.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer's personnel must have competence within the following areas:

— AIX,

— Oracle,

— Tuxedo,

— C and C++ programming,

— EDIFACT,

— Java.

The competence must be based on training at the service provider of the mentioned products or a minimum of 5 years experience.

Furthermore experience is wanted within the following areas:

— Redix Any2Any,

— Visual Studio 2010.
