Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) (The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation)

NRK shall enter into framework agreements in order to ensures cost efficient and reliable deliveries within computer and communication equipment, consumables and other computer related product areas, which are of high quality and technologically represented by the leading manufacturers in the market.
The supplier will be expected to be able to obtain the majority of all products that are a part of a natural assortment for a typical computer accessory internet shop and who can obtain all products that naturally come under such a product assortment. The contract will also be used to obtain various products of a more special character that NRK expects the supplier to obtain upon request.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be a legally registered company. Company registration certificate or equivalent documentation that shows that the tenderer is registered in a trade register in his home country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Economic and financial standing shall be documented with the following information:
1. Last approved annual accounts with annual report and auditor's report as well as any recent information of relevance.
2. Solidity asseessment from a company with a licence to run a credit information company. The rating must not be older than three months from the tender deadline and it ought to include information on credit worthiness and the degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction). — If a supplier has valid reasons as to why the requested documentation cannot be presented, a guarantee from a parent company that fulfils the qualification requirement, or alternative documentation in the form of, for example, a statement from an auditor or financial institution that is suitable for fulfilling the documentation requirement, can be accepted. — NRK retains the right to undertake an assessment free of charge of the tenderer's economic and financial standing through Experian unless the tenderer in the letter of offer expresses otherwise. If the tenderer wants to rely on another company's capacity, cf. PPR § 17-8 (2), equivalent documentation to that requested above as well as a signed commitment statement and possibly a guarantee commitment from the relevant company must be submitted with the tender offer.

Tenderers shall have a satisfactory economic and financial position to be able to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A description of the tenderer's delivery and service organisation, including the number of employees, with particular emphasis on how NRK's nationwide interests shall be taken care of, however with an emphasis on Marienlyst/Oslo. There shall be a specification of which resources belong to the supplier and which belong to other companies.
