The school is planned to have capacity for 350 pupils in construction stage 1 and a total capacity of 450 pupils subsequent to construction stage 2 (i.e an expansion of 100 pupils in construction stage 2).The expected gross area is approx. 5,800 m2 (construction stages 1 and 2).The tender contest shall be executed as a price and design contest with a partnering phase.Other information apart from what is given in the tender documents will not be given.Progress:Deadline for prequalification: 1 February 2016 at 12:00.Five — six groups will be prequalified. The groups shall contain contractors, architects, landscape architects as well as consulting engineers for HVAC engineering (RIV) and electro engineering (RIE).In the actual tender contest all prequalified participants will be paid 250 000 NOK.
