We hereby invite you to an open tender contest: Framework agreement for Lease of machines and personnel for Sør-Varanger. Finnut Consult AS is assisting with the administration of the tender competition. The Contracting Authority wants tender offers for the period 2015-2018 (3 years).
We wish to stress that the tender should be in accordance with the instructions described in this document.
Incomplete tender answers, or answers containing reservations, errors or ambiguities that may create doubt about how the tender should be assessed, will be rejected. Non-compliance with the tender documentation shall be described clearly and precisely.
All communication in the process will take place via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no
This is because all communication must be logged. Once you have entered the competitive tender process, choose the ‘Kommunikasjon’ [Communication] tab.
Next, click ‘Ny melding’ [New message]. Enter information to the Contracting Authority and then Enter. The Contracting Authority will then receive your message. If the question concerns all tenderers, the Contracting Authority will answer it anonymised, by giving the answer as additional information for everyone. Additional information is available under the ‘Forespørsel’ [Enquiry] tab and then under the ‘Tilleggsinformasjon’ [Additional Information] tab. You will also receive an email with a link to the additional information.
Questions about additional information that are presented in sufficient time (at the latest eight days prior to the tender deadline expiry), will be answered at the latest six days before the tender deadline expires. Answers will be sent to all who have received the tender documentation. Approved company: an approved company in these terms is a company approved in regard to regulations about approval of companies for responsibility (the accreditation regulation) within the relevant discipline. The company shall in addition document that the executing personnel have the following minimum qualifications for the relevant discipline: Sanitation: — Trade certificate as a plumber, Private water- — Trade certificate as a plumber, as well as S-ADK1- and sewage installation: or ADK1 certificate or — Certificate of apprenticeship within road and construction trades or construction machine operation, as well as ADK 1 certificate.
