Øvre Romerike Procurement Cooperation invites tenderers to a tender competition for the provision of laboratory services for Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad, Nes and Ullensaker municipalities. In 2014 the municipalities had a volume of 1 400 000 NOK excluding VAT. From 2016 we expect that the extent will slightly less as some of the municipal facilities will be closed.
Eidsvoll, Hurdal, Nes Ullensaker: municipalities: Laboratory services on sewage water, drinking water and sewage sludge.
Nannestad municipality: Laboratory services on drinking water.
The contract shall be valid from 1.2.16. The assignment is described in the specifications annex 3.
The volume will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation, activities and other influences, and the historical purchase volumes should therefore only be used as a guide.
The service provider is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations, and that the delivery is otherwise in accordance with the order from the user. The tenderer is responsible for their sub suppliers' services in the same way that they are for their own services.
