Kort beskrivelse:
Lofotkraft has been given the permission to expand the existing Kleppestad transformer station, as well as the construction of the new Kvitfossen transformer station.
The systems are a part of an extensive upgrading of the voltage for the regional network in Lofoten, cf. resolution NVE 201202211-157.
The new Kvitfossen transformer station shall be constructed on a recently acquired area and comprises a station building with a basal area of approx. 420 m
Kleppestad transformer station is planned to be expanded with an indoor 132 kV gas insulated switchgear station with a control room. The area of the expansion is approx. 135 m
Both station buildings will be made of concrete, steel and wood structures. The building will be executed with submerged cable basements and pits for collecting any oil leaks. The transformer cell and structured in the ground shall be made of reinforced concrete cast on-site. The outer walls in the lower building with requirements for indoor temperature shall be made of insulated wall studd in steel or wood.

The service building in Kvitfossen shall be built close to main building and in connect to the main building with an inbuilt corridor. This building shall be executed in accordance with normal domestic building standard.
An access road and parking areas to the building in Kvitfossen shall be established as well as construction of a driving area round the addition at Kleppestad.

— Ground work and landscape design;
— Concrete constructions cast on-site;
— Assembly of supporting metal or concrete constructions;
— Joinery work and assembly of wooden constructions;
— Sanitary, heating and fire-extinguishing systems;
— Ventilation and climate installations;
— Installation of fire alarms, emergency lighting and guiding system.
The contractor shall have central certification for execution, or substantiate that local certification can be achieved in development class 1 in the following certification disciplines:
— Water supply, waste water and district heating systems.
Tenderers can use sub contractors to achieve certification within the disciplines the tenderer does not have itself:
— The tenderer shall have a quality assurance/control system;
— Tenderers shall have experience from relevant assignments;
— The tenderer shall have a sufficient environmental management system;

Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
The contractor shall provide guarantee for his contractual obligations equivalent to 10 % of the contract value. The guarantee will be reduced subsequent to take over in accordance with NS 8405 Point 9.2.
Guarantees shall be furnished by a bank, insurance company or other financial institutions, approved by the builder.
