The contracting authority requests tenders for the delivery of vehicles with an allowed total weight below 3.5 tonnes, as well as workshop services such as a service agreement and repairs of the offered vehicles. The vehicles shall be delivered to KnS-I.
The contracting authority shall enter into parallel framework agreements with at least 3 vehicle suppliers (with a total weight below 3.5 tonnes). There is no upper limit on number of suppliers that can enter into framework agreements with the contracting authority.
The tender invitation includes both purchase and leasing (operational) of vehicles.
Relevant vehicles span from small passenger cars to small lorries/pickups, vehicles with seven seats, vehicles with nine seats, minibuses with user adaptations, environmental friendly cars (including electric vehicles), etc.
Based on experience, the main volumes of call-offs will apply to small passenger cars for e.g. the home care service and small goods vans for e.g. technical operations, etc.
All units at the contracting authority are included in the agreement and can use the framework agreement to purchase all relevant vehicles, and/or leasing of vehicles with a total weight below 3.5 tonnes.
All call-offs under the framework agreement will be based on mini tender contest that are implemented electronically in the Mercell system, where all suppliers included in the framework agreement are invited to submit tenders.
The mini tender contest may vary from a single purchase of one vehicle, to include all future purchases of a type of cars in a time limited period.
The framework agreement shall replace the existing KnS-I agreement, referred to as ‘Framework agreement regarding the delivery of official cars with a total weight below 3.5 tonnes’. This agreement expires 1.8.2015.
Due to holidays in July, questions received after 29 June will not be answered before 1.8.2015.
