Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must have submitted their tax assignment and paid their tax, payroll tax and VAT. Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than six months calculated from the tender deadline.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Company registration certificate (Norwegian tenderers). Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation: Credit assessment/rating, not older than six months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers* shall have sufficient capacity, experience and competence to ensure even and stable services throughout the entire contract period. Documented by: 1) An overview of the company's total resources, including administration and management, 2) an overview of the tenderer's comparable services in the last three years. *If a tenderer is a part of a group/franchise, the requirements apply to the tendering ‘department’.

Tenderers shall have an environmental management system. Documented by a print out of the tenderer's environmental management system. If a company is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent third party verified system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate. Alternatively written confirmation can be enclosed that such a system shall be taken into use as soon as possible, and at the latest six months after the contract has been signed. 2) Confirmation that the tenderer will undertake — at the latest when the contract is signed — to become a member of Grønt Punkt Norge or equivalent scheme.

Tenderers shall use NS-INSTA 800 — 2010 for measuring quality and follow-up. Enclose documentation that shows that the mentioned standard is known and used.

Kontraktutførelse
Andre særlige vilkår:

1) Tenderers are required to have collective wage and work terms that at a minimum are equivalent to the general tariff agreement for the discipline. Documented by a) Confirmation that the company has and uses a tariff agreement that fulfils the requirement and b) a self-declaration on social dumping (annex 11 of the tender documentation).

2) Tenderers are required to be certified as a provider of cleaning services, ref. ‘The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's certification scheme for cleaning companies’. Documented by a certificate from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
