Kilemoen water treatment plant — basin

Ringerike municipality invites tenderers to submit tenders for works for the Kilemoen water treatment plant project.
Hønefoss has its water supply from ground water wells at Begna, via Kilemoen, where there currently is an elevated basin with equipment for airing and possibly adding chlorine to the drinking water. The facility at Kilemoen shall be extended with a new process plant as the manganese content has increased, so that the manganese can be removed from the drinking water. In addition the pH shall be increased and a new UV plant shall be installed as a part of the processing plant. The capacity of the new processing plant shall be 230 l/s.
By using a more extensive treatment process, the contracting authority also wishes to expand the volume of clean water in the basin.
This tender contest includes a complete clean water basin made of stainless steel, executed in a turnkey contract, E62 Basin. As general contractual provisions NS8407 (Norwegian Standard 8407) shall be used.
A tender inspection will be held 13.10.2015 at 14:30.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Tax certificate and VAT certificate.
Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Documentation:
1. Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
2. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documentation: Credit rating for the tenderer, less than 1 year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. If this is not available, the annual accounts including the Board's annual report and the Auditor's statement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have good experience from equivalent contracts.
Documentation: Tenderers shall attach a list of the most important, relevant deliveries, hereunder information about the value, scope, type of delivery, time frame and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). References will only be contacted if required. For recently established companies, assignments executed by proposed key personnel may be included as a part of the assessment.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
Documentation: Account of personnel, technical equipment, etc. which the tenderer has at their disposition for implementation of the contract/assignment.
Requirement: All those who shall carry out ‘hot work’ at the facility shall have a valid certificate for this.
Documentation: Certificates shall be presented for the welders who will be used for the project.
