The site is at Kattem Oust and Kattem Helse og velferdssenter (HVS) (Kattem Health and Welfare Centre) is the nearest neighbour. This site area is approx. 3 000 m² and is in an established residential area with apartments and detached houses. Arrival to the site occurs via Olava Skomakers vei which is connected to Lisbeth Nypans vei.
The building shall be constructed as an apartment building where level 1 shall be owned and operation by Trondheim kommune, other levels shall be sold as sheltered accommodations according to the municipalities awarding criteria.
The building consists of three levels with apartments, administration and common areas as well as a basement where mechanical rooms, personnel changing rooms, stalls and parking are situated.
Altogether approx. 3 200 m² divided over all levels.
Arrival shall be established to the parking basement from Olava Skomakers vei in accordance with the valid zoning plan for the area.
