IT/information security review of Diskos

Oljedirektoratet

Diskos is a national storage base for search and extraction related information. The database was established and designed by OD and the oil companies represented on the Norwegian continental shelf. Diskos has been in operation since 1995 and is currently operated by CGG and Kadme. Diskos currently has over 1 PB of seismic and navigation data, well data and production data. OD administers the Diskos contract on behalf of the member companies, which consist of OD and most of the oil companies on the Norwegian continental shelf.
The contract will have an estimated length of up to 6 months with an option for OD to extend the contract for follow-up of finds in the review report. The estimated value of the contract, excluding the option, is up to 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value of the option is unknown. The estimate is to be considered as a guideline and does not represent any obligations for the OD to the tenderer.
The contract is expected to start in January 2016.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience from similar contracts. Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the course of the last three years. The description must include the contract value, date and recipient (name, phone and e-mail). References must be contactable if necessary, to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.
