The project's overall aims are to improve the process for public procurements, ensure sustainable high technological buildings that shall be used as sheltered accommodation flats for elderly persons. The municipality is looking for a collaboration partner who can assist and cooperate the municipality as a project owner, users and the chosen architect for the project.
