Invitation to a dialogue conference – wage, personnel and accounts

Kirkerådet (The Church Council)

The Church Council has initiated a process where the objective is to procure and implement new systems/services for the areas wage, personnel and accounts in the Church Council and the 11 bishopric councils. In order to get better insight into how this assignment can be solved, the Church Council would like to have a dialogue with possible service providers and other relevant specialist environments.
It is emphasised that the frames of the procurement are not yet decided, i.a. type of procedure under Section IV.
The Church Council invites tenderers to a dialogue conference where requirements and frames are presented and where the participants are given the opportunity to provide inputs on how the requirement can be met.
Location: Kirkens hus, Rådhusgata 1, 0151 Oslo
Date: 12.5.2015
Time: from 12:00 to approx. 14:00.
Target group: The meeting is open to service providers and specialist environments with interest in the procurement.
Deadline for registration: 7.5.2015 at 16:00. The registration for participation must be send by e-mail to the contact person
