Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documented by: The company's last annual accounts including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, including recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
If, for valid reasons, the tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority finds acceptable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than six months. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
Requirement: The tenderer shall have good conduct.
