Hurdalssjøen water treatment plant E61 Machine and process equipment

Ullensaker kommune

Ullensaker kommune shall build a new water treatment plant using Hurdalssjøen as the water source. The plant shall deliver water to the municipality including Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
The water treatment process is: The Molde process (direct filtration which combines colour removal and carbonisation in the same triple media filter), and UV disinfection. Sludge treatment with dewatering.
The new plant is divided into 4 plant sections/buildings: Process facility, clean water basin, clean water pumping station, raw water pumping station.
The development will be executed with 4 parallel contracts. The primary elements in this contract, E61, are: Pipelines for process (mainly in stainless steel), valves and fittings, pumps, process air, UV system, measuring equipment, chemical dosing, sludge treatment. Required clean water quantity: 465 L/s
This tender process concerns the pre-qualification (part one of two) for contract E61 Machine and process equipment.
