— Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Requirement:

Supplier must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Document Requirement:

Credit appraisal/rating from and approved credit rating agency. The rating must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline, and shall be attached the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

The supplier shall be experienced with washing and delivering work clothes and linen to institutions.

Document requirements:

The supplier shall attach a list of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 months, hereunder information on the value, date and Contracting Authority. Certificates issued or verified by the Contracting Authority can be attached.

Requirement: The supplier shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.

Document Requirements:

A description of the supplier's technical personnel or technical units the supplier has at his disposal to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not.

A good and effective quality management system is required for the delivered services.

Statement of the supplier's quality assurance system/quality management system. Alternatively copies of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies or equivalent documentation can be submitted.

A good and efficient environmental management system is required.

Statement regarding the tenderer's environmental management system. Alternatively, a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
