The objective of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a supplier regarding hiring of barracks to the construction project the new Munch museum. It is a limited area that shall be used for barracks, and in order to avoid that individual contractors put up own barracks and by this creates a sub-optimum solution, a separate contract shall be entered into, where barracks are at disposal in connection with the construction site.

The delivery involves establishment and hire of barracks which shall be used for changing of clothes, as washing rooms and dining rooms for workers, as well as office facilities, including meeting rooms and dining rooms for the officers.The final decision on the proportion of necessary barracks the builder will establish will be taken at a later date, but provisional estimates indicate a need for hire of 40-50 modules.The contracting authority therefore wishes to enter into a contract with a supplier for hire of barrack modules where the supplier shall see to the following:— Necessary engineering design of the barracks in consultation with the builder, including case papers/documentation in connection with application of commissioning permission (IG) and fire plans.— Get hold of the requested barrack modules.— Transport to the construction site.— Foundation.— Assembly, including all adaptations and supplementations on the construction site.— Establishment of all necessary fire barriers and escape routes, including signs.— Necessary electrical installation, including ICT cabling.— Necessary HVAC and sanitary installation works.— Furnishing.— Hire of barrack modules, including furniture and equipment.— Maintenance during the period of hire.— Disassembly and removal of foundation when the period of hire expires.— Transportation of the barrack modules and all equipment from the construction site.— Rearranging the areas back to original conditions.— Fencing in the Barrack area.

Requirement:
— The supplier must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the supplier is established.
— The supplier shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.
Foreign suppliers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
— The supplier shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment (HSE).
— A HSE self-declaration filled in and signed.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
— The supplier must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement:
— The company's last 3 Financial Statements including notes, managements Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
— The contracting authority reserves the right to itself obtain a credit assessment.

Requirement:
— The supplier shall have good experience from equivalent contracts.
Documentation requirement:
— A list of the principal deliveries or provided services the previous 5 years, including information of content, value, date and name of the public or private recipient.
