Hire and operation of coffee machines in the North Region

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of coffee machines with the accompanying follow-up and service as well as coffee for some of our locations in Region North. There are currently 18 locations that have coffee machines in the region. There will probably be a need for coffee machines at several locations. For further information on which locations are included, how many coffee machines, the number of employees, relevant service level and the probable year for when the locations will join the framework agreement for coffee machines, see Annex 2 — Overview of and information on locations. The contract/procurement will also include new locations that would like to hire coffee machines after the framework agreement has come into force. The aim of the procurement is to offer coffee to employees in the North Region. It shall be possible to get freshly brewed coffee of good quality from the machines that are placed on all floors at our locations.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have competence and experience within the delivery of coffee machines and shall have carried out assignments of the same nature, complexity/degree of difficulty/extent and size.
Equivalent requirements apply for any sub-suppliers.
