Hellerud 6 form college — Renovation of building 1, sections E and F

Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF (Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property Oslo)

Originally this was a ventilation project, but during the mapping stage of the preliminary project it turned out that the buildings were in a much poorer conditions than assumed, and consequently a major renovation of both buildings is therefore included in the project.
Building E: The brick facades shall be repaired, windows and drainage shall be replaced. Parts of the cover above the crawl space basement must be reinforced or replaced. A new ventilation room facing the north/west shall be constructed. A new loadbearing system for the ceiling shall be assembled and the ceiling shall be replaced.
The lift shall be replaced.
Building F: The concrete facades shall be insulated from the outside and windows, roofs and drainage shall be replaced. A crawl space basement shall be excavated in building E and for the new ventilation room in building F. A roof in front of the entrance between buildings E and F shall be established.
Common for both buildings: The pipe systems and sanitary equipment shall be replaced, and new balanced ventilation systems shall be installed. A heating pump with drilling holes shall be installed. The heating pump shall be located north/east of the building F.
Electric power installations, telecommunication and automation plants shall be replaced, and the automation plant shall be connected to the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property's top system.
The fire safety and the universal design requirements shall be upgraded. The buildings shall have new ceilings and the surfaces shall be upgraded.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
A company registration certificate or equivalent that substantiates that the company is legally established, shall be presented.
Tax and VAT certificate(s) must be provided with the tender, showing the status for payment of:
— Tax, advanced payments, garnishments, employers' national insurance contributions and VAT.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit equivalent certificate(s).
Missing tax and VAT certificate(s) will result in rejection of the tender.
The certificates must not be older than 6 months, from the day the certificates are available for the contracting authority. The requirements regarding tax certificate(s) apply to all underlying sub-contractors.
The declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form, see attachment 1.
The HSE self-declaration must not be more than 6 months old.
The tenderer is obliged to require a similar declaration for all underlying sub-contractors.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures.
The entire credit rating report must be submitted, and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years.
A rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit evaluation, if necessary.
— Annual Financial Statements for the last 3 fiscal years which includes the Director's report, income statement, balance sheet, notes, and auditor's report.
If the tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above listed documentation requirements, the Contracting Authority will evaluate other appropriate documentation.

— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008. The Contracting Authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures.

— An overview of assignments carried out during the last 5 years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important works.
