Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) A joint tax and VAT certificate is required (national requirement)

(2) Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement)

(3) Company registration certificate.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) Credit evaluation/rating from a credit assessment institution, not older than 6 months.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract, this means a credit rating no lower than A (Dun & Bradstreet) or the equivalent.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Tenderers shall enclose a description of the 3 most important, relevant deliveries in the last 3 years. The description shall, at a minimum include:

— which types of uniform hats were delivered,

— extent,

— recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address)

— value and

— date.

References will be contacted if necessary.

The contracting authority's own, objective documented experience can be used on an equal basis with the other references.

(2) Tenderers shall document a system for quality assurance/management.

If the tender is certified in accordance with internationally recognised standards for quality assurance/control, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the issued certificate.

If the tenderer is not certified, the quality assurance system must be documented. The documentation shall, at a minimum, include a description of:

— Dealing with deviations and claims

— Certification of any sub suppliers

(3) Tenderers shall provide an account of the premises, technical equipment and materials that will be used for the production for fulfilment of the contract.

If a tenderer does not manufacturer the hats themselves, the account shall include sub suppliers/the manufacturer. The account shall also state that the tenderer can use the resources for production at the sub supplier/manufacturer in the contract period (binding declaration or equivalent).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

(1) Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent contracts. Equivalent contracts are seen as contracts that are comparable as regards:

— the contract's content, as described in the tender documentation;

— the contract's volume/extent;

— the contract's complexity.

(2) Tenderers shall have a good and well functioning system for quality assurance/management.

(3) Tenderers shall have sufficient resources for production.
