The aim of the contract is to regulate the parties' rights and obligations when carrying out repairs, as well as for mechanical garage services for Harstad municipality's vehicles. Harstad municipality's vehicles means vehicles that are registered with Harstad municipality as the owner, but also rental and leasing vehicles that are owned by financing companies or vehicle administration companies. The garage is obligated to treat Harstad municipality as a prioritised customer and partner in the contract period.
