Ringerike Kommune (Ringerike municipality)

Ringerike municipality shall procure furniture to the following schools:
— Haugsbygd lower secondary school
— Veienmarka lower secondary school
— Nes school
For further information about the procurement's purpose and scope, see the tender documents.
Prices can be submitted for one or both of chapters. Each chapter will be evaluated independently and the contracting authority is free to decide how many suppliers that in accordance to assessment should be considered as ‘winners’. The contracting authority reserves the right to enter into contract(s) with one or several suppliers. The contracting authority also reserves the right to enter into contract(s) for one or several chapters, if financial guarantee is lacking.
Delivery and assembly of the furniture and fixture shall be in accordance with agreement and carried out between April and June 2016.

Requirement: Tenderers shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: —Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Requirement: The service provider must have a functioning HSE system. Documentation requirement: HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: The tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: — Tax certificate (not older than six months) — VAT certificate (not older than six months). The certificate for tax and VAT is issued either by the local tax office or the tax collection office where the tenderer has his main office. See (http://www.skatteetaten.no/no/Alt-om/Skatteattest/) —Foreign suppliers shall submit certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.

Requirement: The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation requirement: —Credit rating for the tenderer, less than one year old, issued by a certified credit rating company. — If this is not available: The annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement. If for valid reasons the tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial standing with any other document that the Contracting Authority is able to accept.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from similar deliveries. Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries, including information of value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The references will only be contacted if required.

Requirement: A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided. Documentation requirement: Statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/ management system.
