The contracting authority wishes to enter into framework agreements with different providers for each of the 4 different services. If possible, the same provider can be awarded several services. The 4 different services are:
1. Co-ordination and reporting responsibility in relation to surveillance, including:
— Sampling in rivers/streams;
— Co-ordination towards laboratories and samplers in the lakes;
— Co-ordination towards laboratory analyses from streams/rivers;
— Professional assessment of the results of the analyses;
— Simple ongoing-reporting responsibilities to the contracting authority;
— Presentation of annual report;
— Lectures on surveillance results;
— Water environment data input;
— Professional assistance to the contracting authority in connection with preparation of annual surveillance programs.
2. Laboratory services in connection with chemical and physical parameters, as well as TKB (thermo tolerant coliform bacteria), of water samples from streams and rivers.
3. Laboratory services in connection with chemical and physical parameters of water samples from lakes.
4. Laboratory services in connection with biological parameters of water samples from lakes.
