Lærdal municipality shall enter into framework agreements on eight different service groups involving consultant and advisory services. The tender contest shall be executed as a restricted tender contest. The first stage in the contest is a prequalification process, where Lærdal municipality will select minimum five tenderers that will be invited to submit tenders. The Lærdal municipality invites tenderers that comply with the requirements given in the document, and that can give tenders for 1 or several service groups to submit requests to participate in the tender contest. Lærdal municipality reserves the right to select different tenderers for each of the service groups.
